We’re at the in laws in rainy, broody Galicia. baby is loving having extra room to run around in, and grandma is loving making baby purées. And I’m just running around like mamma hen making sure everything is safe since they’re idea of baby proofing and my idea of baby proofing are quiet different.
Thankfully, amazon prime got baby proofing stuff for the stairs overnight.
Honestly, it’s tough when your baby prefers to be around new people and cries when handed back to you. It’s tough being the rule enforcer. The one to remind people we are trying to find out what gave her her rash so we have to stick to the feeding plan and space out new foods and not go crazy with fruit and veggies yet. The one who is strict about nap time. It’s tiring and isolating.
