I decided to quit dithering and just make a public YouTube channel. The quality is not good because I had 2 hours to film edit and schedule it (which also included setting up my account!) but the topic? What I wish I had known about meditation and anxiety so my first experiences would have been positive.
I could have been so much happier much sooner if I had known these tips sooner. So I hope they help someone.
